Boiler Service

We recommend that your boiler be serviced once a year, to ensure that your appliance is working safely and efficiently. This should also prolong the life of your appliance.

• We will examine your appliance and its flue to confirm that it is suitably located and installed to all relevant safety regulations.
• We will examine and clean the combustion chamber, fan, heat exchanger, burner etc.
• We will examine and test the appliance, safety devices, controls and components.
• We will check and adjust the burner pressure and gas rates.
• We will confirm that your appliance is capable of safe operation.

Landlord Safety Certificate

If you live in rented accommodation ask your landlord to show you the gas safety certificate, which shows the appliances he owns have been checked for safety by a GAS SAFE registered installer. These must be tested and certified on a yearly basis. On completion of all our safety checks we will record the findings on the Landlord/Homeowner Gas Safety Record. The Landlord will keep one, one will be issued to the tenants and the third will be kept by the gas operative.
